About Mitchell Finn

Mitchell Graduated from QUT in 2016 after completing a bachelor of Exercise Science. During his career he has worked for numerous commercial gyms, local sporting organisations and high school strength and conditioning programs. He has worked with Exercise and Sports Science Australia where he sought to raise the standard of the industry and those working within it.


These experiences have resulted in a passion for training and mentoring children and adolescents to not just perform at their best but to grow and develop as humans outside the gym as well.
