Who is your Coach?

Mitchell became an Accredited Exercise Scientist after completing a Bachelors of Exercise Science. During his career he has worked for numerous commercial gyms, local sporting organisations and high school strength and conditioning programs. He has worked with Exercise and Sports Science Australia where he sought to raise the standard of the industry and those working within it.

 

These experiences have, in conjunction with ongoing postgraduate studies have resulted in a passion for training and mentoring children and adolescents to not just perform at their best but to grow and develop as humans outside the gym as well.

 

His love of all things sport along with the challenges Mitchell has faced in his pursuit of health and fitness goals have given him a unique perspective on the mindset and perseverance needed to achieve great outcomes.
